Description:
This 59 acre property is located on Pleasant Pond Road/Old Francestown Road in Deering, NH. Parking is along the road, with room for 4-5 vehicles.

Blue Diamond Loop Trail (.35 miles): The Blue-Diamond Loop Trail is a short, relatively easy hike. The trail slopes down hill from the parking area and wanders through a rich, open forest, crossing a small stream in two places before coming to a partial viewing area for the large wetland at the center of the property. Please note that the hills on the trail can become slippery in the fall and winter, and there are no bridges to cross the stream.

Key Features:
Open forest and marshlands; marsh observation. A trail loops through the western part of the property.

From Deering center: RT 149S , Right onto Pleasant Pond Rd, Left onto Old Francestown Rd, property on left.
