Three groups explored PLC properties, looking and listening for birds during the busy spring migration season. Matt Tarr of UNH Extension led a group at Tuthill Woodlands Preserve in New Boston, Gail Coffey led a group at the Nissitissit Headwaters Conservation Area in Mason, and Mike Thomas led a group at the Ferrin Pond Nature Preserve in Weare. Each group kept a list of observations, so we put together some infographics summarizing the bird species they were able to identify by sight and sound.
