Business Partnerships

Connect with PLC’s community.

Piscataquog Land Conservancy is grateful for the support of local businesses. Outreach efforts and events are critical to visibility and engagement with our community, and the support of businesses helps us reach more people, build a stronger coalition, and ultimately protect and steward land in southern New Hampshire.

Connecting your business to PLC’s conservation mission is an opportunity to join a network of passionate naturalists, outdoors enthusiasts, engaged community members, and conscientious consumers.

We want to match our partnership opportunities to your goals, and we are always happy to discuss the options available!

Underwriting Opportunities:

The Piscataquog News

The Piscataquog News is an 8-page, full-color newsletter published twice annually and mailed to over 1,000 subscribers. In every issue we connect PLC’s membership to our latest work, upcoming events, nature-based interest pieces, and opportunities to get involved.

PLC E-News

The PLC E-News is our monthly email to over 1,300 subscribers. This is our primary means of keeping PLC members in the loop on land protection project updates, news and announcements, upcoming events, and new blog posts.

PLCNH.ORG

The PLC Website is a hub of information and resources for land protection enthusiasts, educators, outdoors-people, tourists, municipalities, landowners and naturalists.

Other Opportunities:

  • Provide a matching gift for PLC’s Giving Tuesday or NH Gives campaigns. Help us supercharge our fundraising efforts by providing a matching commitment. We’ll let our membership know that your business has committed to doubling their donations in email and social media communications on these important and widely recognized days of giving.
  • Support the Rose Mountain Rumble. In August of every year, PLC hosts a gravel ride in Lyndeborough, NH with 150 riders from across New England. Choose one of our sponsorship levels or get your employees out for a day of camaraderie and fun to support land conservation by registering a corporate-sponsored team.
  • Host an Event with PLC. We love offering our membership opportunities to get out, socialize with like-minded community members, and have some fun. If you have an idea for an event centered on raising awareness of PLC’s work and funds for land conversation, let’s talk.
  • Plan a volunteer workday with PLC. Looking for a way to get out of the office or bring a remote team together while giving back? PLC stewards close to 10,000-acres of land, and there is always work to be done – we gladly welcome helping hands! Work with our team to find a project that fits and plan an ultimate outdoors volunteer day.
  • Add Your Influence. Does your business have a significant social media following? Are you subject matter experts in natural resources? A nature photographer? Is your product designed for outdoors enthusiasts? Crafting content that calls attention to PLC’s mission will help us reach new audiences and will help you share your passion for protecting the natural world. Let us know if you would like to collaborate!
  • In-Kind Goods or Professional Services. Our goal is to direct as many funds as possible to our core mission of protecting land. Are you able to offer professional services or operational support to PLC with office supplies, equipment or land stewardship tools? This may be a great fit for your business.

A note from PLC’s Technology Services Sponsor:

“I began donating my time to Piscataquog Land Conservancy in the early 2000s because I believe in what PLC does for our environment and recognize that the work PLC does is important for our planet.

In 2004 I started my business, Summit IT Services, and it consumed a huge portion of my time. This restrained me from volunteering with PLC, but my desire to help never disappeared. I started donating my services as an alternative to volunteering. It’s been 17 years and I’m still happy donating to an important cause.”
