Local artist and naturalist Rosemary Conroy will be hosting her 13th annual open studio in Weare on Saturday and Sunday October 20 & 21 from noon to 4 pm each day. Rosemary, a long-time member as well as a former trustee, will once again be donating a percentage of her proceeds to the PLC. Her colorful paintings feature many local birds and animals, as well as recent forays into “charismatic megafauna” from the sea. In addition to original works of art, Rosemary will have on hand affordable reproductions and notecards.
